Computing Machinery is the computer science professional organization and has a
digital library of papers that appear in ACM conferences and journals.
Citeseer -- A library that focuses on computer science research.
WWW Conference Proceedings -- WWW is the international conference for Web research.
Communications of the ACM -- The most general and well-read of ACM journals. The papers are often quite accessible and readable, since they are written for a more general audience than other research publications
